Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

1. General Manager (Finance): Candidate must have a qualification of ICWA/CA/MBA (Finance) and must have 22 years of post qualification experience.
2. Assistant General Manager (Finance)/Deputy General Manager (Finance)/Joint General Manager (Finance): Candidate must have a qualification of ICWA/CA and must have post qualification experience of 12, 15 and 19 years for each of these posts.
3. Manager(HR)/ Assistant General Manager (HR)/ Deputy General Manager(HR): Candidate must have a degree of MSW/MBA(HR)/NIPM/PGDPM (Full Time) and must have post qualification experience of 10,12 and 15 years for each of these posts.
4. Officer (Legal)/Deputy Manager (Legal): Candidate must be a graduate with LLB and must have 03 and 06 years of post qualification for the respective posts.
5. Chief Security Officer: SHAPE I Ex Serviceman officers with Degree in any Discipline Infantry Commissioned Officers of the rank of Captain/Major/ Lt Col of Indian Army or Its equivalent grade in Air Force and Navy. Candidate must also have minimum 05 years of experience in Industrial Security, Vigilance, Fire Fighting.

Age Limit

1. General Manager (Finance): Maximum age limit 48 years
2. Assistant General Manager (Finance): Maximum age limit 36 years
3. Deputy General Manager (Finance): Maximum age limit 40 years
4. Joint General Manager (Finance): Maximum age limit 45 years
5. Manager(HR): Maximum age limit 34 years
6. Assistant General Manager (HR): Maximum age limit 36 years
7. Deputy General Manager(HR): Maximum age limit 40 years
8. Officer (Legal): Maximum age limit 28 years
9. Deputy Manager (Legal): Maximum age limit 30 years
10. Chief Security Officer: Maximum age limit 40 years

Selection Procedure Candidates will be selected based on their performance in the interview.
