Pay Scale: Minimum of the Rs.16650 + 5800 Grade Pay i.e. Rs.22450
Age as on 17 August 2013: The candidate should have age between 18 to 45 years.
Education Qualification
Assistant Engineer (Civil/ Mechanical): The candidates must possess a full time degree in Civil/ Mechanical Engineering discipline/ M.Tech (Civil /Mechanical)/ PGD in Hydro Power Plant engineering from a recognized University/ Institute of India with minimum 60% marks.
Assistant Engineer (Electrical): The candidates must possess full time B.E./B.Tech (Electrical)/ B.E./B.Tech (Electrical and Electronics)/ M.Tech (Electrical)/ PGD in the Hydro Power Plant engineering from a recognized University/ Institute of India with minimum 60% marks.
Assistant Finance Officer: The candidates must possess full time CA/ICWA/M. Com/MBA (Finance) with B. Com from a Recognized University/ Institute with minimum 55% marks.
Assistant Officer (Relief & Rehabilitation): The candidates must possess full time BE in Rural Engineering or Equivalent or M.Phil (Sociology/ Social Work) with minimum 55% marks. Preference shall be given to the candidates having R&R experience in the hydropower sector.
Application Fee: Demand Draft of Rs. 500/- for General /OBC Creamy Layer Category
and Rs. 100/- for Reserved Categories made in favour of Himachal Pradesh Power
Corporation Limited payable at any scheduled bank at Shimla.
