HPSC 2024 Eligibility Criteria

• Good academic record with a Master's degree with 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point-scale wherever the grading system is followed) in a concemed/ relevant/allied subject from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university.
• Knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric standard or in Higher Education.
• A. The National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the University Grants Commission (UGC) or the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) or a similar test accredited by the IJGC, like SLET/SET or who are or have been awarded a Ph.D Degree in accordance with the University Grant Commission (Minimum Standards and Procedure for Au,ard of M.Phil / Ph.D Degree) Regulation, 2009 or 2016 and their amendments from time to time as the case may be exempted from NET/SLET/SET.
• You are advised to check the notification link for details of the discipline wise educational qualification/eligibility of the posts.
  
  Age Limit
  Candidates should not be less than 21 years and not more than 42 years, as on before the 15 days of the month next preceding the last date of submission of application to the Commission i.e. 15.07.2024.
  Category wise age relaxation in upper age limit as per norms.
