IBPS Common Written Examination: New Exam Pattern

    Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has come up with new exam pattern for CWE PO/MT-V and CWE Clerk-V. The exam pattern for CWE RRB-IV – Recruitment of Officers Scales I, II & III and Office Assistants and CWE Specialist-V will remain same.

    New Exam Pattern for CWE PO/MT-V and CWE Clerk-V

    IBPS has decided to hold two-tier examinations for recruitment of PO/MT and Clerks from CWE-V from now onwards.

    The candidates after successful registration would be called up for Preliminary Examination. Basis on the performance in preliminary examination, the shortlisted candidates would be called up for the Mains Examination.

    Preliminary Examination would include fewer questions and will be of short duration. The details for both the examination will be issued by IBPS in due course of time.

    The score obtained in Preliminary Examination will not be considered in preparation of final merit. The marks obtained in Mains will only be taken for interview shortlisting.

    Process of Registration

    The process of registration would be through Online Mode only. There would be single registration for Preliminary and Mains Examinations Both.
