Indian Centre for Migration (ICM), New Delhi invites applications from eligble candidates who fulfilling the requisite criteria for filling up the following posts of “Research Assistant”, purely on Contract Basis, initially for the period of 12 months/ one years and it can be renewed. The candidates eligible for the post may apply on or before 02 June 2014.

Research Assistant: 02 (Two).
Educational Qualification/ Experience
(i) Post Graduation from a recognized university in any Social Sciences discipline.
(ii) At least two years of research experience, preferably in the field of International Migration after acquiring Masters Degree.
(iii) Knowledge of data analysis and statistical packages including SPSS, STATA, MS ACCESS etc.
(iv) Experience of managing the development, and maintenance of databases.
(v) Experience in organizing workshops, roundtables, consultations at national and international level.
Age Limit
Age Limit and Relaxation for the candidate should be as per Govt. rules.
Pay Scale/ Salary
Consolidated Salary of Rs. 40,000/- Per Month.
Selection Procedure
The short listed candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in Written Test/ Trade Test/ Practical Test/ Skill Test/ Interview, which might be conducted by the administration.
