Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification

1. 1.       Chief Administrative Officer: Candidate must have a Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Personnel Management/Public Administration or related areas along with minimum 12 years of experience in a government department or academic/research institution/commercial organization of national/international repute, with at least 5 years in the immediate lower Grade Pay or equivalent of Rs. 6600/- in the Pay Band or equivalent of Rs.15600-39100 (pre-revised scale of Rs.10000-325-15200). 
2. 2.       Financial Advisor & Chief Accounts Officer: Candidate must have a degree of B.Com with CA/ICWA/Cost Accounting or equivalent along with minimum 07 years post qualification experience in finance and accounts of a government department or public sector/autonomous academic/research institution/commercial organization of national/international repute, with at least 3 years in the immediate lower Grade Pay of Rs.5400/- in the Pay Band of Rs.9300-34800 (pre-revised scale of Rs.8000-13500). 
3. 3.       Stores & Purchase Officer: Candidate must have a degree in materials management or any Degree with two years Diploma in materials management along with minimum 05 years of relevant experience in stores and purchase or Materials Management in Government or academic/research/commercial organization of national/international repute, with at least 2 years in the immediate lower Grade Pay of Rs. 4200/- in the Pay Band of Rs. 9300-34800.
4. 4.       Officer (Grade B): Candidate must have a post graduate degree in any subject and must have minimum 05 years of experience in a government department or academic/research institution/commercial organization of national/international repute, with at least 2 years in the immediate lower Grade Pay of Rs. 4200/- in the Pay Band of Rs. 9300-34800.
5. 5.       Placement Officer: Candidate must have a post graduate degree in HR or other management subject and must have minimum 05 years of experience in a government department or academic/research institution/commercial organization of national/international repute, with at least 2 years in the immediate lower Grade Pay of Rs. 4200/- in the Pay Band of Rs. 9300-34800.

• Age Limit

1. 1.       Chief Administrative Officer: Not more than 50 years
2. 2.       Financial Advisor & Chief Accounts Officer: Not more than 50 years
3. 3.       Stores & Purchase Officer: Not more than 40 years
4. 4.       Officer (Grade B): Not more than 40 years
