Indian Institute of Technology Bombay issued notification announcing 10 vacancies at the posts of Junior Research Fellow (JRF), Project Technical Assistant (PTA), Project Research Assistant (PRA), Assistant Project Manager (APM), Senior Research Fellow (SRF) with 7 projects in two the disciplines of Chemical engineering and Electrical engineeringon temporary basis initially for a period of one year. Eligibility Conditions: BE (all branches), M.Tech. (all branches), M.Sc.(Physics or Chemistry) with GATE or NET or CSIR exam appeared.
Technical Requirement: Minimum experience of 1 year in the field of molecular modellingwith significant programming experience in C/C++/Fortran/Matlab or any programming language and should be conversant with linux/unix.

Eligibility Conditions: Diploma (3 years) in Electrical or Power Distribution (or) HSC with minimum 4 years of experience. Experience with handling three phase power preferred.
Remuneration: Rs.16000-18000p.m. (Consolidated salary)

PRA: 3 posts
Eligibility Conditions: M.Sc.(Physics/Chemistry/Instrumentation) (or) B.Tech. (Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics and Communication/Chemical/Engineering Physics/Nanotechnology)

Project Name: Analog, MS and RF IC Development and Test for Biomedical Applications

Eligibility Conditions: BE/B.Tech in Electronics & instrumentation or Electronics & communication with GATE or equivalent qualification and 2 years of experience. Minimum 6 months practical experience in embedded systems design, electronic system design for data acquisition and communication, PCB design for high frequency circuits & wireless modules and testing of data transmission systems.
Remuneration: Rs.18000 p.m. (Consolidated salary)

Type of recruitment: Temporary
Period of recruitment: initially for a period of one year; tenable only for the duration of project.
