IIT Bombay invited applications for 16 Software Engineer posts on temporary basis initially for one year. The eligible candidates can apply to the post through the prescribed format latest by 16 May 2016.
Under IIT Bombay Recruitment 2016, out of total 16 posts, 08 posts are for Jr. Software Engineer, 06 posts are for PSE and 02 posts are for SPSE.
Eligibility for SPTA – Jr. Software Engineer – B.E/B.Tech/ or M.Sc/MCA from reputed institutes with exposure to one or more of the folowing: Python, Java, PHP, Node.js, Drupal, Django framework, MySQL, exposure to tools for big data such as Hadoop. Should possess excellent analytical and logical skills.
Eligibility for PSE1 – B.E/B.Tech/ or M.Sc/MCA in IT/CS with minimum 3 years of relevant experience or M.Tech/M.E from reputed institutes. Proven track record of software development experience in one or more of the following: Python, Java, PHP, Node.js, Drupal, Django framework, MySQL, experience in handling tools for big data such as Hadoop and having exposure to all phases of software development lifecycle. Should possess excellent analytical and logical skills.
Eligibility for SPSE1 – B.E/B.Tech/ or M.Sc/MCA with minimum 6 years of relevant experience or M.Tech/M.E/MS with 4 years of relevant experience. Proven track record of software development experience in one or more of the following: Python, Java, PHP, Node.js, Drupal, Django framework, MySQL, experience in handling tools for big data such as Hadoop and having exposure to all phases of software development lifecycle. Should possess excellent analytical and logical skills.
