Q: When can I apply for Combined Graduate Level (Tier I) Examination 2012? Will there be separate application forms for Tier I and Tier 2 Examination?
A: The forms for Combined Graduate Level Examination, 2012 for recruitment in various Ministries/ Departments/ Offices/ Cadre are available online/ offline from 24 March 2012 and the closing date for sending application for the same is 20 April 2012 (Up to 5 pm). Candidates residing in Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Manipur, Nagaland, Tripura, Sikkim, Jammu and Kashmir, Lahaul and Spiti district and Pangi, Sub Division of Chamba District of Himachal Pradesh, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep and for candidates residing abroad have been given relief in registration till 27 April 2012.
Candidates opting for online application must complete their Part I Registration till 17 April 2012 (upto 5 pm) and Part II Registration till 20 April 2012 (upto 5 pm).
There will be a single application form for the Combined Graduate Level Examination 2012. Candidates, declared qualified by the commission for admission to the written (Tier-II) examination on the basis of the Tier I examination, will not have to apply again. No separate notice/ advertisement will be published for the Tier-II examination. The result of tier-I examination, informing the qualified candidates along with thedates of Tier-II examination will be published in the employment news/rozgar samachar and commission’s website
