Educational Qualification: M.Sc./M.Tech. Degree in Physics/Chemistry/Material Science/Nanoscience and Nanotechnology/Electronics Science/Applied Sciences/Engineering with NET/GATE/JEST/DST-Inspire/National level qualifying examination.
INST JRF Recruitment 2020 Age Limit - 28 years (There will be age relaxation for reserved category candidates as per government norms)

Selection of candidates will be done on the basis of interview.
Pay Scale - ₹ 31,000/- (pm) + 16 % HRA (as applicable)
