1. Senior Technical Assistant (Computer): 1 post
Pay Scale: Rs.9300-34800 with GPRs.4200
Age limit-35 years
Qualifications: MCA or M.Sc. (Computer Science/IT) with one year experience or B.Tech./B.E.(Computer Science/Information Technology/ECE) or equivalent degree with one year experience in relevant area.

2. Professional Assistant (Library): 1post
Pay Scale: Rs.9300-34800 with GP Rs.4200
Age limit-35 years
Qualifications: M.Lib.Sc./M.L.I.Sc.or equivalent or Master’s Degree in Arts/Science/Commerce or any other discipline and B.Lib.Sc./B.L.I. Sc. Computer Science atGraduate/PG level or six months Computer Science course.

3. Semi Professional Assistant (Library): 1post
Pay Scale: Rs.5200-20200 with GP Rs.2800
Age limit-35 years
Qualifications: Graduate in Arts/Science/Commerce or any other discipline or any other higher qualification. B.Lib.Sc./B.L.I.Sc.Course in Computer Application at Graduate or PG level or 6 monthsComputer course;

4. Assistant: 1post
Pay Scale: Rs.5200-20200 with GP Rs.2400
Age limit-30 years
Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline with working knowledge of computers and Diploma/Certificate of minimum 6 months duration in Computer Application/Office Management/Secretarial Practice/Financial Management/Accounts or equivalent discipline OR Graduate Degree in Computer Application/Office Management/ Secretarial Practice/Financial Management/Accounts or equivalent discipline. Minimum 2 years of Administrative Experience

5. Laboratory Assistant: 9 posts
Pay Scale: Rs.5200-20200 with GP Rs.2000
Age limit-30 years
Qualifications: Senior Secondary School Certificate (+2) with Science subjects or an equivalent qualification or B.Sc.Graduate.

6. JACT/Caretaker: 1 post
Pay Scale: Rs.5200-20200 with GP Rs.1900
Age limit-27 years
Qualifications: Senior Secondary School Certificate (+2) with ITI Trade Certificate or an equivalent qualification in Electrical/Civil Plumbing/Air Conditioning OR Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil/Electronics Engineering or equivalent or at least 3 year experience in the field.

7. Library Assistant/JLIA: 1 post
Pay Scale: Rs.5200-20200 with GP Rs.1900
Age limit-30 years
Qualifications: Sr. Secondary or equivalent examination. Certificate in Library Science/Library andInformation Science.Computer Course at Sr. Secondary Level or Basic Course in Computer Science/Word Processing.

8. Multi-Tasking Staff: 13 posts
Pay Scale: Rs.5200-20200 with GP Rs.1800
Age limit-27 years

i. Library: 3 posts
Qualifications: Class 10thor equivalent examination. Certificate in Library Science/Library and Information Science; Computer at Secondary Level or Basic Course in Computer;

ii. Computer: 1post
Qualifications: Matriculation or Class 10thor equivalent examination with Science.

iii. Laboratory: 9 posts
Qualifications: Matriculation or Class 10thor equivalent examination with Science.

Application fee: Non-refundable application fee of Rs.250 (for UR/OBC category candidates)/Rs.100 (for SC/STcategory candidates) is gto be paid in the form of a crossed Demand Draft drawn in favour of ‘Director, Institute of Home Economics’.

PwD candidates are exempted from payment of application fees.

Candidates should mention their Name, Date of Birth and Subject applied for on the back side of the Demand Draft.
