ISRO Notified Recruitment for 11 Various Posts 2014

Government of India, Department of Space, Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), Master Control Facility invited applications for recruitment to the post of Technician-B, Draughtsman-B and Catering Attendant-A. The candidates eligible for the post can apply through prescribed format on or before 30 May 2014.

The ISRO established in 1969. It is the primary space agency of India and also amongst the largest government space agencies in the world. Its primary objective is to advance space technology and use its applications for national benefit.

Pay Scale

• Technician-B: Rs.5200-20200 with GP Rs.2000/-
• Draughtsman-B: Rs.5200-20200 with GP Rs.2000/-
• Catering Attendant-A: Rs.5200-20200 with GP Rs.1800/-

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: Candidate should be 10th Class passed or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board and must possess ITI/National Apprentice Certificate (NAC)/National Trade Certificate (NTC) in Fitter Trade, Mechanic Refrigeration & Air-conditioning Trade, Diesel Mechanic Trade, Plumber Trade, Electrician Trade and Draughtsman Civil Trade.

Age limit

• Technician-B: Candidate age should be between 18- 35 years as on 30 May 2014.
• Draughtsman-B: Candidate age should be between 18- 35 years as on 30 May 2014.
• Catering Attendant-A: Candidate age should be between 18- 25 years as on 30 May 2014.
• Age Relaxation will be applicable by 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates.

Selection Process

Selection can be done on the basis of performance in Test/Interview.

• Eligible candidates may apply through prescribed application format as given in the notification.
• Application Form, duly complete in all respect, along with attested copies of all required Certificates/Documents and a recent passport size photograph should be sent by ordinary post only to the Senior Administrative Officer, Master Control Facility, Salagame Road, PB No. 66, Hassan – 573 201,  Karnataka on or before 30 May 2014.
• Candidates should mention “Application for the Post of -------------------Post Code --------“on the envelope in which the form would be sent.
• Candidates applying for more than one post should apply separately for each post.
