Eligibility Criteria for Technician & Other Posts

Educational Qualification:

• Scientific Assistant: B.Sc Degree with First Class in Computer Science / Information Technology from recognized University/ Institution.
• Library Assistant ‘A’: Graduate + Master’s Degree in Library Science/Library & Information Science or equivalent (First Class) from recognized University / Institution.
• Technical Assistant (Electrical): Diploma (minimum 3 years duration) in Electrical Engineering (First Class) from recognized Institution / Board / University.
• Technical Assistant (Mechatronics): Diploma (minimum 3 years duration) in Mechatronics Engineering / Instrumentation & Control Engineering (First Class) from recognized Institution/ Board/ University.
• Technician ‘B’ (Electrician): SSC/SSLC Pass + ITI (NCVT) in Electrician Trade
• Technician ‘B’ (Machinist): SSC/SSLC Pass+ ITI(NCVT) in Machinist Trade
• Technician ‘B’ (Electronics/ IT): SSC/SSLC Pass + ITI (NCVT) in Electronics / IT Trade

Age Limit for Technician & Other Posts

• Gen: 35 years
• OBC: 38 years
• SC/ST: 40 years
