- Junior Project Fellows (JPFs): First Class Post Graduation Degree in Forestry/agriculture/ Botany/ Ecology/ Environment Science. First Class Post Graduate Degree in wood science/chemical.
- Research Associate (RA): PhD. in Life Science/Chemical Science.
- Project Assistants (PAs): B.Sc. in branch of Life.
- Data Entry Operators (DEO): Graduation in Computer Science/BCA
