JCI Recruitment 2016 for 10 Manager and Deputy Manager Posts

The Jute Corporation of India (JCI) invited applications for recruitment to the post of Personnel Manager, Deputy Manager (Personnel), Deputy Manager (Administration), Administrative Officer, Finance Manager, Deputy Finance Manager, Assistant Finance Manager, Deputy Marketing Manager, Assistant marketing Manager. The candidates eligible for the post can apply through prescribed format on or before 10 May 2016.

Under JCI Recruitment 2016 out of total 10+ Panel Posts, 03 posts are for Assistant marketing Manager, 02 posts for Assistant Finance Manager, Deputy Finance manager, 03 posts for Administrative Officer, and 01 post for Personnel Manager.

Eligibility for Personnel Manager: candidate should have completed Post Graduate with Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Personnel Management or MBA (HR) or equivalent form a recognsied university with 03 Years experience as Personnel Manager in concerned field.

Eligibility for Dy. Manager (Personnel):  candidate should have completed Post Graduate with Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Personnel Management or MBA (HR) or equivalent form a recognsied university with 05 Years experience as Dy. Manager (Personnel) in concerned field.

Eligibility for Dy. Manager (Administration): candidate should have completed Post Graduate with Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Personnel Management or MBA (HR) or equivalent form a recognsied university with 05 Years experience as Dy. Manager (Administration) in concerned field

Eligibility for Administrative Officer: candidate should have completed Post Graduate with Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Personnel Management or MBA (HR) or equivalent form a recognsied university with 05 Years experience as supervisor in concerned field.

Eligibility for Finance Manager: candidate should have completed CA/ICWA or MBA (Finance) from a recognised university with 03 Year experience as Finance manager in concerned field.

Eligibility for Dy. Finance Manager: candidate should have completed CA/ICWA or MBA (Finance) from a recognised university and 05 Year experience as Deputy Finance manager in concerned field.

Eligibility for Asst. Finance Manager:  candidate should have completed CA/ICWA or MBA (Finance) from a recognised university and 05 Year experience as Supervisory capacity in concerned field.

Eligibility for Dy. Marketing Manager: candidate should have completed Degree in Jute Technology from a recognised university with 05 Years experience in similar capacity in concerned field.

Eligibility for Asst. Marketing Manager: candidate should have completed Degree in Jute Technology from a recognised university with 05 Years experience including 02 Years experience in operations/Marketing in concerned field.
