CBSE conducted IIT JEE Main Exam on April 3, 9, and 10, 2016 and result was declared on April 27, 2016. Two lakh candidates were shortlisted for JEE Advanced Exam on the basis of their performance in JEE Main. Those candidates who had successfully registered themselves for the JEE Advanced Examination, can now download their admit cards. Admit Cards are available on the official website of JEE Advanced i.e. http://www.jeeadv.ac.in.
Steps to download admit card:
The downloaded admit card will bear, Name of Candidate, Roll number for JEE (Advanced) 2016, photograph, signature, date of birth, address for correspondence, category and language of the question paper. It also contains the name and address of the examination centre allotted to the candidate. Candidates should carefully examine the entries in the admit card and in case of any discrepancy, contact the Chairman, JEE (Advanced) 2016 of the respective zonal IITs.
This admit card has to be produced at the time of examination. Also, The original admit card will be issued to the candidate during the Paper 1 examination and it has to be retained safely till all the formalities of admission are complete.
