Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for Registrar/ Controller of Examination Post:  Good academic record at least 55%o of the marks or equivalent grade where grading system is practiced at the Master's degree level in a relevant subject.  At least 15 years of experience as Assistant Professor in the AGP of Rs. 7000 and above or with 8 years  of service in the AGP of Rs. 8000 and above including as Associate Professor along with experience in educational administration or Comparable experience in Higher Education or research establishments, 15 years of Professor & Other experience of which 08 years shall be as Deputy Registrar.

Eligibility for Finance Officer Post:  Same as above. Experience in finance and accounts. Commerce graduates and qualified CA/ ICWA with at least 15 years work experience in the relevant field of activities.

Eligibility for Librarian Post: Masters degree in Library Science/ Information Science/ documentation with at least 55% marks. 13 years experience as a Deputy Librarian or 18 years of experience as a College Librarian. Evidence of innovative library service and organisation of published work. 

Eligibility for Assistant Registrar / Assistant Controller of Examination Post: Masters Degree with at least 55% marks.

For all the above mentioned posts, the age limit is 18-35 years. However for Warden post, the age limit is 30-50 years.

Age Limit for all posts except Assistant Registrar / Assistant Controller of Examination post: Maximum 55 years

Age limit for Assistant Registrar / Assistant Controller of Examination post: 18 -40 years

Interested and eligible candidates are required to send their applications in the prescribed format. Completed application in the prescribed proforma along with self-attested photocopies of two sets of all credentials must reach the Office of the Officer-on-Special-Duty, MBB University.
