Age
The graduate candidate should not be more than 28 years whereas for post graduate candidate should not be more than 30 years as on 31.05.2013. A relaxation of 5 years is provided to candidates belonging to SC/ST categories.
Education Qualification
The candidate should posses graduate degree from an affiliated institute with minimum 50%. Alongside the candidate should posses computer course of 3 or more months as technical qualification.

Selection Process
The candidate will be selected on the basis of Written Examination followed by personal interview. The online written exam will be conducted at the selected center in Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Tamilnadu and West Bengal.
