KEAM-2015: Minimum 10 marks are required to qualify the exam
As per a latest press release by CEE, Kerala, minimum 10 marks are required in each paper to qualify KEAM-2015.
A candidate has to score minimum of 10 marks each in Paper-1 and Paper-2 of the KEEAM-2015, for qualifying or to enlist in the merit list of KEAM-2015. The new clause came into effect after a press release published on the official website of the Commissioner of Entrance Examinations (CEE), Government of Kerala. According to the press release published on the website of the CEE, kerala; to qualify in the Entrance Examination and thereby become eligible to figure in the rank list for Engineering / Medical / Ayurveda, a candidate has to score a minimum of 10 marks each in Paper-I and Paper-II of the concerned Entrance Examination. The candidates who do not score the minimum stipulated marks will not find a place in the Rank list. Such Candidates will be shown as' Disqualified’. Candidates disqualified in Medical Entrance Examination are not eligible for admission to the Medical & Allied courses and candidates disqualified in Engineering Entrance Examination are not eligible for admission to the Engineering Courses.
For SC/ST candidates there is no requirement of minimum marks in the Entrance Examination except for MBBS / BDS courses. The eligible students aspiring to get admission to degree courses such as B.Tech, BDS, BAMS, MBBS, BV.Sc & AH, BHMS, BSc (Hons) agriculture and BSc (Hons) forestry offered in various colleges in the state of Kerala in the coming academic year are required to take the Kerala Engineering, Architecture and Medical 2015 (KEAM 2015) Entrance Exam.
