Malviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur Announced PhD Admission 2013

Malviya National Institute of Technology (MNIT) Jaipur was established in 1963 as Malaviya Regional Engineering College, Jaipur as a joint venture of the Government of India and the Government of Rajasthan. It was proclaimed as an Institute of National Importance on 15 August 2007. It announced admissions to PhD programme in various subjects for academic year 2013.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: Candidates must have Master’s Degree in relevant discipline with at least 60% marks or 6.5 / 10 CGPA / CPI.

Selection Process

Initial short listing of candidates will be done on the basis of their performance in written examination/ interview for the final selection.

Exemption from Written test: UGC/ CSIR (JRF)/ NET/ Teacher Fellowship holder/ MPhil qualified applicants are exempted from written entrance examination.

Application Fee

The application fee is Rs 400 for General/OBC candidates and Rs 200 for SC/ ST/ PH category applicants. The fee should be paid through Demand Draft in favour of Registrar, MNIT, Jaipur payable at Jaipur.
