Ministry of Defence Notified Recruitment to 40 Various Posts 2015

Ministry of Defence, invited application for recruitment to the 40 posts of Senior System Analyst (SSA) and Data Processing Assistant. Eligible candidates are required to submit their application within 60 days of publication of notification in the Employment News.

Total number of Vacancies:  40

1. Senior System Analyst: 4

2. Data Processing Assistant, Grade ‘A’: 36

Pay Scale:

For post 1: Pay Band 3 of Rs. 15600- 39100 with Grade Pay of Rs. 6600 per month

For post 2: Pay Band 2 of Rs. 9300 – 34800 with Grade Pay of Rs. 4200 per month

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification

• For post 1 Master’s Degree in concerned subject/ discipline with relevant work experience. And Officers of the Central Government holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre/ Department OR with 5 years regular service in the post in the pay band 3 with Grade Pay of Rs. 5400 or equivalent in the parent cadre/ Department OR with 8 years regular service in the post in the pay band 2 with Grade Pay of Rs. 4200 or equivalent in the parent cadre/ Department
• For post 2 Bachelor’s Degree in concerned subject/ discipline with relevant work experience. And Officers of the Central Government holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre/ Department OR with 6 years regular service in the post in the Grade Pay of Rs. 2800 or equivalent in the parent cadre/ Department.

 Maximum Age limit: not exceed 56 years (for all the posts)

Selection Procedure: Selection of candidates would be done on Deputation/ Re-employment basis for a maximum period of 4 years.

How to Apply: Interested and eligible candidates should send their applications, in the prescribed format, along with  attested copies of required certificates/ documents/ testimonials, recent passport size photographs and a self-addressed, stamped envelope by Ordinary post to ‘The Deputy Director (Rectt.), Office of the Joint Secretary (TRG) & CAO, Armed Forces Headquarters, Ministry of Defence, New Delhi’ so as to reach the concerned authority within 60 days of publication of the notification in the Employment Newspaper.
