Eligibility for JRF (Mechanical Engineering): candidate should have completed B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical Engineering) with First Division and should have qualified GATE or M.E/M.Tech in Disciplines related to Mechanical Engineering with first division at both Graduate and Post Graduate Level.

Eligibility for JRF (Applied Physics): candidate should have M.Sc in disciplines related to Applied Physics/ Chemistry with first division at both Graduate and Post Graduate with NET/ GATE qualification or M.E/ M.Tech in Disciplines related to Metallurgy/ Material Engineering with first division at Both Graduate and Post Graduate Level.

Eligibility for Research Associate: candidate should have PhD in Discipline related to Materials Engineering/ Materials Technology/ Physics or M.E/ M.Tech in METALLURGY/ Materials Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering with 03 year of Research/ Teaching experience with minimum 01 research paper in Science Citation.
