Eligibility Criteria for Joint Director, Deputy Director, Stores officer and other Job

• Joint Director (IEC): PG Degree from a recognized university/institute.
• Deputy Director (IEC/TI/STI): PG Degree from a recognized university/institute. Or MBA Min 05 years exp in the field of developmental/health communication including planning and implementation in of IEC campaign. Or Post graduate degree in Social Sciences (Sociology/Anthropology/Psychology/Social Work/Public Admin.) from a recognized university with 05 years exp. in Social develop. sector including 02 (two) years working exp. HIV/AIDS sector at State. or Master in Public Health or Master in Health Administration (MHA), exp. may be relaxed to 02 years. Work exp. must be in health programmes, HIV/AIDS in field based implementation Good computer skills. Proficiency in data management.
• Stores officer: Graduate with 03 years to 05 years experience in store management, inventory control Well versed with documentation required for logistical operation Strong computer knowledge.
• Assistant Director (Voluntary Blood Donation/Quality Manager): Recognized PG degree in social science/sociology/social work At least 03 years experience in organizing voluntary Blood donation Preferably regular voluntary blood donor Knowledge of donor motivation, donor recruitment and donor retention. Knowledge of local language.
• M&E Officer: Masters in Demography/Statistics/Population Sciences/Computer Applications 03 years experience in monitoring, evaluation & data management in public health programmes.
• Computer Literate Steno (CLS): Graduate Degree in any discipline with ability to manage assigned task of the division. Basic knowledge of computer essential.
