Educational Qualification:

• Customer Service officer-Candidate should have completed PUC/10+2 from a recognized Board.
• Customer Service Executive- Candidate should be Graduate and must be well versed with local language and English.

Age Limit for In-charge, CSO and CSE Posts

• Customer Service officer – 27 years
• Customer Service Executive – 30 years

(Age relaxation for reserved category as per govt. norms)
