    National Dairy Development Board (NDDB) notified opening for eligible MBA Graduates. Opening is for the post of General Manager. Applications are invited till 10th May 2015.

    Job Description: We are looking for a senior professional to head our Human Resource Development Group.

    Job Category: Human Resource Development

    Designation: General Manager

    Key roles and Responsibility: Leading, designing, managing and implementing Human Resource Development initiatives of the organisation, its managed units and existing dairy cooperatives.

    Experience required: 20 - 30 year(s)

    Required Qualification for Recruitment at NDDB: MBA (specialization in HR)/Post-graduate in HR and IR would be preferred. Minimum 20 years of relevant post-qualification experience in the Human Resources function of a reputed organization. Candidates having experience of working in public sector undertakings will have an added advantage. Preference would be given to candidates not more than 57 years old as on 1 July 2015.

    Job Location: Any Where in India

    Pay Band: 37400-67000

    CTC is estimated at Rs. 21 lakhs including benefits and perquisites.
