Educational Qualification:

  • Admin./HR/DAP/Legal
  1. Senior Advisor (NHM)- MBBS, MD not below the rank of Director (retired) with experience of supervision & monitoring. Preference would be given who has experience working in National Health Mission.
  2. DGM (HR/DAP)- MBA/Masters in Social Science / PGDM with specialization in HR and experience of at least 7-8 years in the field of health.
  3. HR Specialist- MBA/Masters in Social Science / PGDM with specialization in HR and experience of at least 05 years in the field of health.
  4. Consultant (HR)- MBA/Masters in Social Science/ PGDM with specialization in HR and experience of atleast 05 years in the field of health.
  5. SO to MD/AMD- Post Graduate. Good knowledge of Hindi/English typing & shorthand. Proficiency in computer applications i.e. MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet etc., with minimum 05 years working experience.
  • IEC Cell-IEC Consultant- Masters in Mass Communication or Journalism with minimum 05 years experience in Media or BCC.
  • Construction and Infrastructure Cell
  1. Advisor (Technical)- Retired Person equivalent to Superintendent Engineer level or above or worked as Superintendent.
  2. Assistant Engineer (Civil)- BE/B.Tech (Civil) with 05 years of relevant experience or on deputation working in Assistant Engineer Scale.
  3. Junior Engineer (Civil)- Diploma in Civil with 03 years experience.
  4. Programme Assistant- MBA/MPH/Master Degree in Social Science with one year diploma in computer application with relevant experience of minimum 3 years. Knowledge of Hindi & English typing.
  5. Accountant- B.com with computer knowledge of tally software with min.05 years experience in Govt. or Semi Govt. Org. /PSUs
  • Family Planning Cell
  1. Consultant (FP &PCPNDT)4- MBBS/MPH/MBA/Hospital Management preferably IIHMR/NIT etc. preferably first division with relevant experience of min. 05 years and knowledge of computer and report writing.
  2. Data Assistant- Graduate with one year diploma or certificate in computer application with experience of minimum 03 years.

  1. Nursing Midwifery Tutor (SNC Meerut and SNC Varanasi)- B.Sc Degree in nursing-midwifery. Desirable M.Sc. nursing with 3-5 years of experience.
  2. Consultants for Nursing Cell (SPMU)- M.Sc. Nursing along with desirable experience of     3-5 years in educational or clinical.
  3. Program Assistant (State Nursing Cell)- Bachelor’s degree in commerce/accountancy with computer knowledge and experience of 3-5 years in office management
  4. Program Assistant (SNC Meerut and SNC Varanasi)- Bachelor’s degree in commerce/accountancy with computer knowledge and experience of 3-5 years in office management.
  • Maternal Health Cell
  1. Dy. General Manager FRU Operationalisation- MBBS with MD/DPH/MPH with 8 years of relevant experience.
  2. Technical Consultants-Programs- Medical graduate or Master in Social Sciences with relevant experience of min.05 years in program management and public health. Knowledge of computer and report writing.
  3. Consultant-FRU Operationalisation- Medical graduate or Master in hospital or health management with relevant experience of min.05 years in public health. Knowledge of computer and report writing.
  4. Consultant-HR- Masters in HR or Social Sciences with 05 years experience (3 years experience of HR management).
  5. Consultant-Finance- MBA finance with 02 year experience or M.Com with 05 years experience.
  • Child Health Cell-
  1. State SNCU Clinical Care Coordinator- MD Pediatrics with one year experience OR DCH with 2 year experience of working in SNCUs either in government or private sector.
  2. Technical Consultant- MD/DCH/MBBS with relevant experience of min. 05 years and knowledge of computer and report writing. Preference would be given who has experience working in National Health Mission.
  3. State SNCU Software Coordinator- MCA with 2 years experience or BCA with 3 year experience of working in health sector especially handling trainings and roll out of Software and data management systems for Maternal and New born health especially relating to SNCUs.
  • RKSK Cell
  1. Dy. General Manager- MBBS with relevant experience of minimum   8 years and knowledge of information technology OR on deputation from State Govt./ PSUs.
  2. Technical Consultant (Non Medical)(01-PFs,01-WIFS)- MSW/MBA with relevant experience of min. 05 years from market OR on Deputation from State Govt./PSUs.
  • RBSK Cell- Technical Consultant (Medical) (1-Implementation, 1-Referral, Follow-up and Treatment)- MBBS with minimum 10 years experience of Implementation, Referral, Follow-up and Treatment. Preference would be given who has experience working in Govt. Sector and National Health Mission.
  • Routine Immunization Cell- Consultant- Master Degree in Public Health/ MBBs with 05 years experience in MCH
  • Monitoring & Evaluation Cell- Consultant (Quality Assurance Medical) - Master Degree in Public Health/ MBBS with 05 years experience in MCH.
  • EMTS- Consultant- B Tech in IT/Electronics & Tele Communication/MCA with minimum of 03 years experience in GPS based tracking system and call center operations.
  • Procurement Cell
  1. Dy. General Manager- MBA in Material Management & Procurement/ Masters in Social Science/PGDBA with experience of atleast 07-08 years in the field of health.
  2. Consultant (Equipment)- M.Tech/ /M.E./B.Tech./B.E. in Bio Medical Engineering with 02 years experience in medical equipment / hospital industry.
  3. Consultant (Drugs)- M. Pharma / B. Pharma with 5 years experience.
  • Community Process & Training Cell- Regional Coordinator (State)- Postgraduate qualification in discipline of Social Sciences/ Social Work/ Rural Development/ Public Administration/ Public Health/ Community Medicine/ Preventive & Social Medicine. At least 3 years of experience in management and coordination of community health programmes or community mobilization or related field activities with a minimum of 2 years experience in health sector. Proficient in computers. Preference would be given who has experience working in National Health Mission.
  • AYUSH Cell- Consultant- Graduate in AYUSH pathy with 8 years of working experience in the field of Govt. AYUSH hospital preferably state level working experience or Retired AYUSH Doctor not more than 65 years of age.  Preference would be given who has experience working in National Health Mission.
  • MIS Cell- Data Analyst (MIS)- At least a graduate. A degree/ diploma in the field of computer/ I.T. & should have a min. experience of 3 years in relevant area having thorough knowledge of latest software development tools, RDBMS etc.
  • Urban Health Cell- Consultant (Medical)- MBBS with relevant experience of minimum 5 years and knowledge of information technology OR on deputation from State Govt./ PSUs.
  • Finance Cell
  1. Sr. Manager (Finance)- Chartered Accountant having minimum 10 years of experience preferably in a World Bank Project / Centrally sponsored scheme.
  2. Manager (Finance)- On Deputation from Govt./Semi Govt. having minimum experience of 10 years as AO/AAO OR CA with a minimum of 02 years experience or CA / Inter/ICWA Inter with minimum 05 years experience from open market.
  3. Internal Auditor/Officer (Audit)- On Deputation from Govt./Semi Govt. having minimum experience of 10 years as Auditor ORCA Inter / ICWA Inter with min. 05 years experience of audit from open market.
  • NDCP Cell
  1. Dy. General Manager- On Deputation from PMHS not below L-3 or on Contract from open market). MBBS with DPH/DTCH or MPH or MD (Med./PSM) with minimum 15 years experience with 2 years in concerned programme.
  2. Consultant (NVBDCP) - MBBS, DPH/MPH having experience of 5-10 years in the relevant field.
  3. Consultant (RNTCP) - MBBS, DTCD having experience of 5-10 years in the relevant field.
  4. Consultant IDSP & NIDDCP- M.Sc./MSW/MBBS having experience of 5-10 years in the relevant field.
  5. Statistical Assistant- Bachelor in Statistics with one year Diploma in Computer Application.
  • State Blood Cell
  1. State Coordinator, Blood Banking (Medical)- MD/DCP/MBBS/MPH/Hospital Management with relevant experience of minimum 04 years and knowledge of computers. 2 years experience in Blood Services. Preferred experience in Govt. Sector (PSU)/Social Sector.
  2. State Coordinator, Blood Storage Center- MBBS/MPH or PG in Microbiology or MSc. With MPH. Knowledge of Logistics/Statistics /Social Work and human resource. 2 years experience in Blood Services. Preferred experience in Govt. Sector (PSU)/Social Sector
  3. Consultant (Non -Medical),VBD- Master in Management/Social Work/Social Sciences with relevant exp of min 03 years and knowledge of Information Communication and Technology. Experience in Govt. Sector (PSU)/Social Sector will be preferred.
  4. District Counselor- Master in Psychology with at least one year exp in Blood Bank or Medical Counseling.
  • Directorate of Family Welfare, Lucknow
  1. MCH Consultant- MBBS/MPH/MBA/Hospital Management with relevant experience of min.05 years and knowledge of computer and report writing.
  2. Assistant Cold Chain Officer- Graduate in Mechanical/Electrical with minimum 05 years’ experience or Three Years Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical from State Govt. authorized Institute with minimum 15 years’ experience.
  3. State Vaccine & Logistics Manager (RI)- Degree/Diploma in supply chain management or any relevant field with 3 years’ experience.
  4. State Monitoring & Evaluation Officer (RI)- PG Diploma in Statistics/ demography/ public health or any relevant field, PG Diploma in public heath/ epidemiology with at least 3-5 years working experience in the area of programme management in public health, preferably in immunization or any other National Health programmes at State or district level.
  5. State Training Officer incl. VPD Surveillance & Vaccine Safety (RI)- PG diploma in public health/epidemiology / health management or related field with at least 5 years of working experience in areas like disease surveillance and outbreak investigation, MBBS doctors from reputed institution.
  6. IEC Consultant (IEC Bureau)- Masters in Mass Communication or Journalism with minimum 05 years experience in Media or BCC.
  • National Iodine Deficiency Disorder Control Programme at Directorate of Medical & Health, Lucknow
  1. Technical Officer- M. Sc in Bio-chemistry / Nutrition / Life Science / Molecular Biology / Home science or equivalent degree from recognized university with at-least five years experiences in public Health & Nutrition Program. Experience in child development & nutrition programme with govt./international/ national agency will be given preference.
  2. Statistical Assistant- Graduate in Mathematics/Statistics from recognized college/university & one year diploma course in computer with at-least 3 years working experience in Govt./international/National Agency. Experience in related field will be an additional advantage.
  3. Laboratory Assistant- Intermediate Science/ 10+2 Science/Equivalent and Diploma in OT Assistant from Government or any recognized Institution with at-least 2 year working experience  in Govt. / international/ National/ Private agency’s laboratory.
  • Quality Assurance Programme- Consultant Monitoring- Specialization in Bio Statistics / Masters in Health Informatics (MBA Health Informatics)/ Masters in Epidemiology (MPH Epidemiology), PG Degree/Advance Qualification in Statistics with 02 years experience in Public Health would be added advantage.
  • RNTCP (State TB Cell)
  1. Medical Officer (STC)- MBBS, Dip/MD Public Health/Community Health Administration (CHA)/Tuberculosis & Chest Diseases with 01 year experience in RNTCP. Working knowledge of computers.
  2. TB HIV Coordinator- MBBS, Dip/MD Public Health/Community Health Administration (CHA)/Tuberculosis & Chest Diseases with certificate course in HIV medicine and 01 year experience in RNTCP.
  3. DRTB Coordinator- MBBS, Dip/MD Public Health/Community Health Administration (CHA)/Tuberculosis & Chest Diseases. Preference to candidates who have experience in PMDT.
  4. State Accountant- Post graduate in Science/commerce with not less than 60% marks. Experience in Finance Management or MBA with Financial Management or Accounts as study subject with at least 3 years of experience. Preference will be given to Cost Accountant or CA with experience of 5 years on the post as Senior Audit/Account Officer of Accountant General’s office or Civil Accounting organization of Central Govt or State Govt Department.
  • IDSP
  1. State Veterinary Consultant- PG in Veterinary Degree in Veterinary Public Health or Veterinary Epidemiology or Veterinary Medicine or Veterinary Microbiology or Veterinary Pathology with 03 years experience or Bachelor Degree in Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry with 05 years experience in Veterinary Public Health or Epidemiology or Animal Health.
  2. State Training Consultant- MBBS/MD (SPM) with knowledge of computer application must (MS Office). Minimum 5 years experience.
  3. State Finance Consultant- CA/ICWA/MBA or equivalent and minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, including analysis, financial reporting, budgeting and financial software and reporting systems preferably in Govt. Sector.
  • AES/JE
  1. State Consultant- MBBS, MD in PSM/Community Medicine/Public Health/Clinical Sciences with 12 years of exp in working in National Health Program at State/District Level.
  2. Finance Consultant- CA/ICWA/MBA or equivalent and minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, including analysis, financial reporting, budgeting and financial software and reporting systems preferably in Govt. Sector.
  3. Data Manager- MCA with 3 years of working experience in data handling in National Health Programs at State/District Level.
  • State Leprosy Program- State Leprosy Consultant- Medical Graduate with 5 years of working experience in Public Health Programme with working knowledge of computer.
  • SIHFW
  1. Medical Consultant-Child Health- MBBS with specialization in Child Health, Experience minimum 5 years.
  2. Medical Consultant-Maternal Health- MBBS with specialization in Maternal Health, Experience minimum 5 years.
  3. Medical Consultant-Public Health- MBBS with specialization in Public Health, Experience minimum 5 years.
