National Institute for Research in Tuberculosis (ICMR), Chennai invites eligible candidates to apply for the posts of Scientist ‘B’ and DOTS Treatment Supporter. Eligibility Criteria for National Institute for Research in Tuberculosis Scientist ‘B’ and Other Jobs:

Educational Qualification:

• Scientist ‘B’: Possess Master’s Degree in the respective discipline of Social Science etc.
• DOTS Treatment Supporter: Possess Higher Secondary (12th Standard/ 10+2) Pass or equivalent.

Experience Required:  Having 02 (two) years of relevant post- qualification experience in the concerned field for the respective posts.

Age Limit

• Gen: as on last date of receipt of application.
• Scientist ‘B’: Not exceeding 35 years.
• DOTS Treatment Supporter: Not exceeding 25 years.
• OBC: Relaxation of 03 years.
• SC/ ST Candidates: Relaxation of 05 years.
• PWD/ Women Candidates & Others: As per norms.

Selection Procedure for National Institute for Research in Tuberculosis Scientist ‘B’ and Other Jobs:

The short listed candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in the Written Test and/ or Personal Interview, which will be conducted by the administration.
