• Scientist Grade II: PG Medical Degree in the field of Microbiology/ Biochemistry/ Immunohaematology & Blood Transfusion/ Pharmacology/ Bacteriology/ Serology/ Hematology AND MSc in Microbiology/ Clinical Microbiology / Biotechnology/ Bioinformatics/ Biochemistry/ Bacteriology/ Physiology/ Pharmacology/ Serology/ Molecular Biology.
• Scientist Grade III: PG Medical Degree in the field of Microbiology/ Biochemistry/ Immunohaemotogoly & Blood Transfusion/ Pharmacology/ Bacteriology/ Serology/ Hematology AND MSc in Microbiology/ Clinical Microbiology / Biotechnology/ Bioinformatics/ Biochemistry/ Bacteriology/ Physiology/ Pharmacology/ Serology/ Molecular Biology.
• Jr. Scientist: MSc in Microbiology/ Clinical Microbiology/ Biotechnology/ Bioinformatics/ Biochemistry/ Bacteriology/ Pharmacology/ Serology/ Molecular Biology/ Physiology.

Age Limit for Scientist & Jr. Scientist:

• Scientist Grade II: Not exceeding 45 years
• Scientist Grade III: Not exceeding 35 years
• Jr. Scientist: Not exceeding 30 years
