National Institute of Occupational Health invited application for recruitment to the post of Technical officer, Technical Assistants, Technician and Section Officer. The candidates eligible for the post can apply through prescribed format before 13 August 2013. National Institute of Occupational Health is a government body organised by the Norwegian Ministry of Labour and Social Inclusion. Age Limit

• The Candidates age should be below 35 years for Technical Officer-A and Section Officer.
• The Candidates age should be below 30 years for Technical Assistants and Technician –C.

Educational Qualification

• Technical Officer-A: 3/ 4 year’s Graduate degree from a recognised university / institute with 5 years research experience in a government institute / organisation.
• Technical Officer-A: BE (Civil) with 2 years experience or 3 years diploma in the required subject from a recognised university / institute with 3 years experience in a government recognised institute / organisation.
• Technical Officer-A: 3 years Graduate degree in required subject with 5 years experience or 3 years Graduate degree in relevant subject with diploma in the required subject from a recognised university / institute with 3 years experience in a government recognised institute / organisation.
• Technical Assistants: 3 years Graduate degree in Biochemistry / Biotechnology / Life Science / Stat. with DMLT / Certificate of 1 year duration or 1 year experience in the lower scale.
• Technician -C: 10+2 with Science subjects or equivalent from a recognised board with 1 year Diploma Certificate in Medical Lab. Technology from government recognised organisation / institute / Medical College and one year experience in recognised institute or 2 years Diploma in Medical Laboratory.
• Section Officer: Graduate degree from government recognised university / institute with 5 years of experience as Assistant in Grade Pay of Rs.4200/4600.

Application Fee 

• Candidates belonging to General and OBC Category will be required to pay Crossed DD of Rs. 100/- drawn in favour of the Director, NIOH, Ahmedabad payable at SBI Civil Branch, Ahmedabad.
• SC/ST/PH and Women candidates are exempted from payment of fee.

Pay Scale

• PB-2, Rs. 9300-34800 + GP of Rs. 4600 for Technical Officer-A and Section Officer.
• PB-2, Rs. 9300-34800 + GP of Rs. 4200 for Technical Assistants.
• PB-1, Rs. 5200-20200 + GP Rs. 2800 for Technician –C.
