Pay Scale
For JRF recruited with M.Sc.: Rs.16000 per month
For JRF recruited with ME/ M.Tech.: Rs.18000 per month
For Research Scientists: Pay band 3 of Rs.15600-39100 with Grade Pay of Rs.5400 per month
Age Limit
For Junior Research Fellow: 28 years
For Research Scientists: 35 years.
[Maximum age limit is relax-able by 3 years for OBC category candidates and by 5 years for SC/ ST category candidates]
Selection Procedure: Selection of candidates will be done on the basis of their performance in the Interview. Only short-listed candidates will be called for interview.
