National Bureau of Agriculturally Important Microorganisms (NBAIM) under Indian Council of Agricultural Research issued notification for recruitment to 4 posts. Selection Procedure: Selection will be done on the basis of candidates’ performance in the written test and Interview.
Candidates shortlisted after screening the applications will be called for written test and those qualifying the written test will only be called for Interview.
Examination Scheme for Assistant Finance & Account Officer: The examination will consist of a written test followed by a personality test / Interview for shortlisted candidates.
Part-A: The 3 hour written paper will have three parts each of 100 marks.

All papers except paper of English Language will be bilingual (in English & Hindi). Candidates can answer Part - III either in Hindi or English.
Part-B: Personality Test / Interview (50 Marks).
Candidates qualifying the written test will be called for Interview / personality test. The Interview / personality test aims to test candidates Interests / General awareness / knowledge / Aptitude / Suitability / Academic qualifications / Experience / Depth of knowledge of the subjects studied (10+2 onwards) / Communicative skills / Over-all personality. Candidates can appear for Interview either in English or Hindi Language.
Examination Scheme for Lower Division Clerks: The examination will consist of a written test and a Typing Test.
Written Test: The written test will be of multiple choice-objective type. The 200 marks paper will be divided in to 4 parts. The questions will be set both in English & Hindi.

NOTE: There will be negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.
Skill Test (Typing Test): Skill Test will be qualifying in nature and taken on a Computer. It will be conducted only for those candidates who qualify in the Written Examination. The test will assess the candidates’ English and Hindi typing speed. While applying for the Examination, candidates will have to indicate their choice /option for Skill Test Medium separately in the Application Form

NOTE: 35 w.p.m. and 30 w.p.m. corresponds to 10500 Key Depressions per Hour / 9000 Key Depressions per Hour on an average of 5 key depressions for each word.
Examination Scheme for Technical Officer (T-6): The examination will consist of a written test followed by a personality test / Interview for shortlisted candidates.
Written Test: Questions will be designed to test the ability of the candidate’s general awareness of the environment around him and its application to society, knowledge of current events and of such matters of everyday observation and experience in their scientific aspects as may be expected of an educated person. The test will also include questions relating to the subject studied in degree and PG courses of Indian universities related to the nature of post (T-6).
Personality Test / Interview: Candidates qualifying the written test will be called for Interview / personality test. Candidates can appear for Interview either in English or Hindi Language.
Application fees: Non-refundable application fees of Rs.100 have to be paid through a crossed Demand Draft / IPO drawn in favour of ICAR Unit –NBAIM, Mau payable at Mau Nath Bhanjan, U.P.
SC/ST category candidates are exempted from payment of application fees.
How to Apply: Interested eligible candidates should send their duly filled in application forms, along with Fee DD and self attested copies of relevant / required certificates to ‘The Director, National Bureau of Agriculturally Important Microorganisms, Kushmour, Post- Kushmour, Maunath Bhanjan, (Mau) Uttar Pradesh-275 101’ so as to reach the said office within 30 days of publication of the advertisement in Employment News.
