Lab Manual Class 10: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is a national level board of education for public and private schools in India. For the students of class 10, CBSE has designed a comprehensive list of experiments for subjects like Maths and Science for the academic session 2024-2025.
As students must already know that for subjects such as science and maths, practical work plays an extremely important part in clearing concepts and increasing understanding. For the convenience of students, we have provided the exercise files in English and Hindi in a downloadable format of PDF.

Why is CBSE Class 10 Maths and Science Lab Manual Important?
Carrying out experiments and verifying them form an integral basis of learning for students. NCERT says, ‘’The curriculum at Secondary stage primarily aims at enhancing the capacity of students to employ Mathematics in solving day-to-day life problems and studying the subject as a separate discipline. It is expected that students should acquire the ability to solve problems using algebraic methods and apply the knowledge of simple trigonometry to solve problems of height and distances.’’
What are the Objectives of Practical Work?
1. To acquire knowledge and understanding, particularly by way of motivation and visualization, of basic concepts, terms, principles and symbols and underlying processes and skills;
2. To develop drawing skills;
3. To apply the knowledge and skills acquired to solve problems and wherever possible, by more than one method;
4. To develop ability to think, analyze and articulate logically;
5. To develop necessary skills to work with modern technological devices and mathematical software's.
6. To develop interest in mathematics as a problem-solving tool in various fields for its beautiful structures and patterns, etc.
