Eligibility Criteria for JRF & Other Posts Job

Educational Qualification:

• Project Scientist III: First class Master’s degree in Bioinformatics / Computer Applications / Computer Sciences or any other branch with specialization in Bioinformatics with minimum 7 years experience in database management. (OR) First Class Master’s degree in Engineering / Technology with 6 years’experience.
• Project Scientist II: First class Master’s degree in Bioinformatics or any other branch of Life Sciences with specialization in Bioinformatics with minimum 3 years experience in database management.
• Project Engineer I: First class Master’s degree in Science / Computer Applications with 2 years’ experience in Designing and web development field (or) First class Master’s degree in Technology / Engineering with 1 year experience in Designing and web development field.
• Project Scientist I: First class Master’s degree in Remote sensing / Physics / Environmental Sciences / Oceanography with 2 years of experience in research in relevant subject or M.Tech in Remote Sensing or equivalent with First class and one year of relevant research experience.
• Project Associate: First class Master’s degree in Science relating to GEO Informatics / Remote sensing with 1 year experience in GIS application (OR) First class Master’s degree in Engineering / Technology preferably in GEO informatics / Remote Sensing / GIS or equivalent from a recognized University.
• Project Associate: First class Master’s degree in Marine Biology/ Chemistry / Marine Biotechnology / Biochemistry / Biotechnology / Life Sciences or any other equivalent qualification with minimum 1 year experience Development of molecular barcode data for selected coastal and marine organisms. Page 5 of 10 in molecular biology.
• Project Associate: First class Master’s degree in Marine Biology/ Marine Studies / Zoology or equivalent qualification with minimum 1 year experience in taxonomy of marine biodiversity.
• Senior Research Fellow: First class Master’s degree in Marine Biology/ Fisheries / Aquatic Biology / Zoology / Wild life / Life sciences or any other equivalent qualification with minimum 2 years experience in taxonomy of marine biodiversity.
• Junior Research Fellow: First class Master’s degree in Marine Biology/ Fisheries / Aquatic Biology / Zoology / Wild life / Life sciences or any other equivalent qualification.

Age Limit

30 to 45 years of age
