Application form is available free on nrhmharyana.gov.in, hisar.gov.in and it can be submitted in 0/o Civil Surgeon, Hisar on any working day till 22 May 2021 (Saturday) at 04:00 pm. One Application will be considered for one post only. Application form without having the post name and category/serial number will be rejected.
