• Consultant cum Technical Officer- Hospital Management (Quality Assurance): MBA/ PG Degree/ Diploma in the relevant field.
• Consultant ASHA: MBA/ PG Degree/ Diploma in the relevant field
• State Coordination Officer (State Blood Cell): Graduate and MBA
• State Coordinator (Clinical Establishment): PG Degree/ Diploma
• State Programme Officer (Nursing): MSc/ BSc or Post Basic BSc Nursing with Degree in Public Health
• Consultant IEC- PG Degree in Journalism and PG Degree in Mass Communication
• Health Manager PCPNDT: LLB/ MSW/ PG degree in Public Health  or PG Degree/ Diploma in Health Management/ Health Administration or PG Degree in Demography/ Development planning/ population studies.
• Programme Officer cum Data Manager (Quality Assurance): MCA or MSc in IT or MSc in Computer Science or PG Degree in Statistics/ Mathematics Demography with Diploma in Computer

• Block ASHA Facilitator: MSW or PG Degree in Sociology/ Food & Nutrition/ Extension Education/ Population Studies/ Commerce/ Public Administration.
• Accountant at Block Level/ CHC Level/ PHC Level: Inter CA/ ICWA or MCom or BCom
• PHC ASHA Supervisor: Graduate
• Field Monitor- Routine Immunization: Graduate with at least 05 years experience or MSW with 02 years experience.
