Eligibility Criteria for Consultant and Junior Consultant Posts
Educational/Technical Qualification & Experience:
Consultant (HR): candidate should have MBA / PGDM in HR from a recognized university/institution with Minimum 2 years of post-qualification work experience in Recruitment & other HR functions.
Consultant (Quality Improvement): candidate should have Medical/Dental/Ayush/Pharmacy/Nursing degree from a recognized university/institution with Minimum 3 years of post-qualification work experience in Recruitment & other HR functions.
Junior Consultant (NHUM): candidate should have Masters Degree in social development related field such as public health/Sociology/MSW/development studies with 1 year post-qualification working experience for Junior Consultant and two years of post-qualification working experience for Consultant.
Junior Consultant (PHA): candidate should have Post-graduation or higher qualification in Public heath, community medicine, preventive and social medicine with One year of post-qualification working experience for Junior Consultant and two years of post-qualification working experience for Consultant.
