NIFTEM has openings for following positions purely on Contract basis for Project Management Unit (PMU). Applicants with good academic record relevant experience and working in related area are encouraged to apply.

Eligibility Criteria for Consultant, Team Leader and Young Professional Job
Educational Qualification and Age Limit:
- Team Leader: MBA/Master’s degree in Public Administration or Rural Development or PGDM with specialization in Agriculture/Food Business or Rural Management from Recognized Universities/Institutions. More than 10 years of experience in managing development projects preferably in Food Processing or Agriculture Business Development or Rural Development or MSME, out of which 03 years to 05 years in leadership role. Age limit: 45 years max.
- Consultant (for preparation of course material DPR, etc. for the entire training): Master’s degree in Food Technology/Food Engineering/Agricultural Economics/PGDM with Specialization in Agri/Food Business Management from Recognized University/Institute. More than 05 years experience in preparing DPRs/bankable projects, providing consultancy services to FPI (preferably to Micro Enterprises) for technology Upgradation, new project development, and experience in preparing course material, desirable. Age limit: 40 years max.
- Consultant (Machinery/Process/Product Development, Packaging etc.): Master’s degree in Food Technology/Food Engineering from Recognized University/Institute. More than 05 years experience providing consultancy services or worked in FPI (Preferably to Micro Enterprises) for technology Upgradation, new project development, Quality assurance, Food Safety Management. Age limit: 40 years max.
- Consultant (for A/V Content development and teaching material for online classes): Master’s degree in Visual/Mass Communication/Journalism/Electronics and Communication from Recognized University/Institute. More than 05 years experience in Planning and Overseeing EIC Campaign for National Programme for masses/beneficiaries at grass root level. Age Limit: 40 years max.
- Consultant (Product Development): M.Sc. in Food Science from Recognized university/Institute. Minimum 05 years of experience in providing consultancy services or having working in product development relevant to Micro and MSME Food Sector. Age Limit: 40 years max.
- Young Professional: M.Sc in food science./M.Tech. in Food Technology/Food Engineering from reputed National/International University/Institute. Minimum of one year experience. Age Limit: 32 years max.
