National Institute of Rock Mechanics (NIRM), Bengaluru (Karnataka) invited applications for the posts of Scientist and other posts. The eligible candidates can apply to the posts through the prescribed format , on or before 31 August 2016.
Under NIRM, Bengaluru Recruitment 2016 out of total 23 posts, 01 Post each is for Scientist – VI, Scientist – V, Junior Research Fellow (JRF), Finance & Accounts Officer, Administrative Officer, Office Assistant – I, Office Assistant – I (Hindi) and 02 Posts are for Laboratory Assistant, 05 Posts are for Scientist - II , 02 Posts are for Scientist - I and 07 Posts are for Scientific Assistant – I.
Eligibility for Scientist – VI: candidate should Possess Degree in the concerned field, Master’s Degree (M.Sc.) in the respective discipline and Ph.D.
Eligibility for Scientist – V: candidate should Possess Degree in the concerned field and Master’s Degree (M.Sc.) in the respective discipline with Post- Graduate Degree in the Rock Mechanics.
Eligibility for Scientist – II/ Scientist – I: candidate should Possess Degree in the concerned field and Master’s Degree (M.Sc.) in the respective discipline.
Eligibility for Scientific Assistant – I: candidate should Possess Bachelor’s Degree in the appropriate field and Diploma (03 years) in the respective discipline.
Eligibility for Junior Research Fellow (JRF): candidate should Possess M. Sc./ B. Tech/ M. Tech. in the respective discipline.
Eligibility for Finance & Accounts Officer: candidate should Possess Graduation Degree with ACA/ ICWA/ SAS.
Eligibility for Administrative Officer: candidate should Possess Degree in the respective discipline.
Eligibility for Office Assistant – I/ Office Assistant – I (Hindi): Possess Graduate Degree or equivalent.
Eligibility for Laboratory Assistant: Possess Higher Secondary (12th Standard/ SSLC) Pass.
Selection Procedure for National Institute of Rock Mechanics (NIRM), Bengaluru (Karnataka) Jobs Recruitment 2016 : The short listed candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in the Written Test/ Personal Interview, which might be conducted by the administration.
