National Institute of Technology Puducherry (NIT Puducherry) invited applications for recruitment to the posts of Faculty in various departments and for the posts of Asst. Librarian, Junior Engineer (Electrical), Technical Asst. (ECE), Technical Asst. (EEE), Technician (Mechanical), Lab Assistant (Physics & Chemistry), Accountant and Junior Assistant.
The eligible candidates can appear for the walk-in-interview along with required documents on the dates mentioned.
Eligibility Criteria for NIT Puducherry Faculty Jobs: First Class in B.E. /B. Tech. and M.E. / M. Tech. with Ph.D. as desirable qualification in the relevant discipline.
Eligibility Criteria NIT Puducherry Non-Teaching Jobs:
- Asst. Librarian- Master’s Degree in Library Science/Information Science/ Documentation Science or an equivalent professional degree and a consistently good academic record with superior knowledge of computerized library service.
- Junior Engineer (Electrical) - Master’s Degree in commerce / MBA (Finance) from a recognized University or Institute with excellent academic record.
- Technical Asst. (ECE) - B.E. / B. Tech in relevant field from a recognized University or Institute.
- Technical Asst. (EEE) - B.E. / B. Tech in relevant field from a recognized University or Institute.
- Technician (Mechanical)- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Lab Assistant (Physics & Chemistry)- B.Sc. with Physics/Chemistry as Major Subject.
- Accountant- Master’s Degree in commerce / MBA (Finance) from a recognized University or Institute with excellent academic record.
- Junior Assistant- 10 + 2 in any discipline with a minimum typing speed of 35 w.p.m. and proficiency in computer Word Processing and Spread sheet.
Selection Procedure for NIT Puducherry Teaching and Non-Teaching Jobs:
The selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of interview/ exam conducted by the organization.
