• Electrical Engineering-

1. BE/B.Tech and ME/M.Tech in relevant branch with First Class or equivalent either in BE/B.Tech or ME/M.Tech and Ph.D or equivalent, in appropriate discipline.
2. Post PhD publications and guiding PhD students is highly desirable.

• Electronics and Communication Engineering-

1. BE/B.Tech and ME/M.Tech in relevant branch with First Class or equivalent either in BE/B.Tech or ME/M.Tech and Ph.D or equivalent, in appropriate discipline.
2. Post PhD publications and guiding PhD students is highly desirable.

• Applied Science-

1. Ph.D in Faculty of Science (Physics) with Ist Class degree at Master’s (Physics) and Bachelor’s level in Science.
2. Post PhD publications and guiding PhD students is highly desirable.

• Entrepreneurship Development and Industrial Coordination-

1. Ph.D in Engineering/Technology/Management with BE/B.Tech and ME/M.Tech in any branch of Engineering/Engineering Education/Master’s in Management with First Class or equivalent either at Bachelor’s or Master’s level.
2. Post PhD publications and guiding PhD students is highly desirable.

• Curriculum Development Centre-

1. Ph.D in Engineering/Technology/Management with BE/B.Tech and ME/M.Tech in any branch of Engineering/Engineering Education with First Class or equivalent either at Bachelor’s or Master’s level.
