Eligibility Criteria for NIUM Bengaluru Recruitment 2016
Educational Qualification:
Professor/ Reader/ Lecturer: Possess Post- Graduate Degree in the respective discipline.
Resident Medical Officer: Possess Medical Degree in Unani or MD/ MS Unani Degree in respective clinical subject.
Anesthetist: Possess MBBS Degree with MD.
Radiologist: Possess MD Degree in concerned specialty.
Staff Nurse/ EEG Technician/ Pharmacist/ Store Keeper/: Posses Bachelor’s Degree in respective discipline. Upper Division Clerk (UDC) / Head Clerk/ Accountant
Junior Professor/ LDC/ Cashier: Possess Higher Secondary (12th Standard/ Intermediate) Pass with Certificate Course in Computer and the typing speed @ 40 w.p.m. and shorthand speed @ 80 w.p.m. (for Steno) where as typing speed @ 30 w.p.m. in English and @ 25 w.p.m. in Hindi (for LDC).
Electrician: Possess Diploma (02 years) in the concerned field.
Jr. Library Assistant: Possess Certificate Course in Library Science.
Deputation Basis:
Officers working under the Central/ State Govt. or UT or PSUs or Autonomous Bodies etc. Holding the analogous posts or equivalent on Regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or With a relevant experience of the regular service in the immediate lower pay scale or equivalent; and Possessing qualification in the respective discipline as mentioned above.
Experience Required to apply for NIUM Bengaluru Vacancy: having a relevant post- qualification experience in the concerned field for the respective posts.
Professor – 15 years.
Reader – 10 years.

LDC/ Cashier/ Jr. Library Assistant: Below 28 years.
For Deputation: Maximum Age Limit for the appointment on deputation shall not be exceeding 56 years as on last date of receipt of application.
OBC/ SC/ ST/ PWD/ Others: As per norms.
Selection Procedure for NIUM Bengaluru Jobs Recruitment 2016
The short listed candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in the Written Test and/ or Personal Interview, which will be conducted by the administration.
