Odisha State Health & Family Welfare Society invited application for recruitment to 85 various posts in Department of Health & Family Welfare. Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification

1. Assistant Programme Manager -Urban Health: Post Graduate Degree in Social Sciences / Social Work / Management from a recognized University /Institution with minimum 50% marks. She/he should have computer knowledge in Ms Office & Internet.
2. Accounts Officer (Junior), PTC: The candidate should be minimum Inter CA / Inter ICWA/M.Com./MBA (Finance) from a recognized University / Institute with minimum 2 years of post qualification experience in the field of financial management. Computer proficiency with high level of familiarity with database management programme and commonly used packages like MS Office and experience in the use of accounting packages are required.
3. Deputy Manager -Quality Assurance: MBBS (from Institutions recognized and approved by Medical Council of India) / BDS (from Institutions recognized and approved by Dental Council of India) /  BAMS / BHMS / B.Sc. Nursing.
4. Assistant Manager –GKS: Post Graduate in Social Sciences (i.e Sociology /Anthropology) / Social Work / Rural Development/ Business Administration from a recognized University / Institution with minimum 50% marks.
5. District Consultant, NTCP: Post Graduate degree in Public Health or Social Sciences or Management from a recognized Institution/University with 50% marks.
6. Data Manager, NVBDCP: S/he should be a B.E / B.Tech (IT / Computer Science / Electronics) or M.Sc. In Computer Science / IT / MCA from a recognized University / Institute with minimum 2 years of post qualification experience in data management.
7. Social Worker, NTCP: Post Graduate degree or Graduate degree in Sociology / Social Work from a recognized University / Institution with minimum 50% marks.
8. Psychologist / Counselor, NTCP: Post Graduate degree or Graduate degree in Psychology / Social Work from a recognized University / Institution with minimum 50% marks.
9. Consultant Vector Control, NVBDCP: Post Graduate in Zoology / Life Sciences. Life Sciences candidate must have Zoology as one of the subjects at Graduate level.
10. Consultant, Pre Service –Nursing Cell: B.Sc. Nursing – Midwifery with 10 years of post qualification experience / M.Sc. Nursing with 5 years of post qualification experience in teaching from a recognized Nursing Institution.
11. Consultant, Public Health –Nursing Cell: B.Sc. (Nursing) with Diploma or Degree in Public Health / Nursing Administration / Public Health Nursing.
12. Consultant, Clinical Nursing –Nursing Cell: B.sc. (Nursing) with specialization in clinical nursing areas with minimum 5 years of post qualification work experience in the clinical setting. Previous work experience in project management and proficiency in using MS Office are required. Candidates having M.Sc.

2. Accounts Officer (Junior), PTC: Upto 35 years
3. Deputy Manager -Quality Assurance: Upto 65 years and for others upto 35 years
4. Assistant Manager –GKS: Upto 35 years
5. District Consultant, NTCP: Upto 40 years
6. Data Manager, NVBDCP: Upto 35 years
7. Social Worker, NTCP: Upto 35 years
8. Psychologist / Counselor, NTCP: Upto 35 years
9. Consultant Vector Control, NVBDCP: Upto 40 years
10. Consultant, Pre Service –Nursing Cell: Upto 65 years

1. Assistant Programme Manager -Urban Health: Rs.24,400/- + P.I.
2. Accounts Officer (Junior), PTC: Rs.29,000/- + P.I.
3. Deputy Manager -Quality Assurance: Rs. 30,500/- + P.I.
4. Assistant Manager –GKS: Rs.22,900/- + P.I.
5. District Consultant, NTCP: Rs. 28,300/- + P.I.
6. Data Manager, NVBDCP: Rs. 28,300/- + P.I.
7. Social Worker, NTCP: Rs. 13,800/- + P.I.
8. Psychologist / Counselor, NTCP: Rs. 13,800/- + P.I.
9. Consultant Vector Control, NVBDCP: Rs. 44,000/- + P.I.
10. Consultant, Pre Service –Nursing Cell: Rs. 50,300/- + P.I.
