Pay Scale: Pay Band of Rs.5200-20200 with Grade Pay of Rs.2400
Age Limit:
Minimum: over 18 years
Maximum: below 32 years
Qualifications: HSC (12th Class) and Diploma in Computer Application with minimum speed of 80 words per minute in shorthand and 40 word per minute in English typewriting.
2. Junior Clerk-cum-Copyist: 12 posts
Pay Scale: Pay Band of Rs.5200-20200 with Grade Pay of Rs.1900
Age Limit:
Minimum: over 18 years
Maximum: below 32 years
Qualifications: HSC (12th Class) and Diploma in Computer Application.
3. Junior Typist: 5 posts
Pay Scale: Pay Band of Rs.5200-20200 with Grade Pay of Rs.1900
Age Limit:
Minimum: over 18 years
Maximum: below 32 years
Qualifications: HSC (12th Class) and Diploma in Computer Application with minimum speed of 40 word per minute in English typewriting.
Selection Procedure: Selection of candidates will be done on the basis of their performance in the written test, computer Science (practical), shorthand/ type-writing test and Interview.
Candidates qualifying the written test and practical tests will be called for the Interview with all documents in original at the time of Interview.
Examination Fees: Non-refundable examination fee of Rs. 100 is to be deposited in the shape of the Treasury Challan under the head “0070-Other Administrative Services-01-Administration of Justice-501-Services & Service Fees-9904650-Law Department-9916738-Examination fees for Recruitment conducted by Orissa District & Sub-ordinate Courts”.
SC/ ST candidates are exempted from payment of examination fees.
How to Apply: Interested and eligible candidates should send their applications along with original copy of challan, 2 recent passport size photographs, 2 self-addressed stamped envelopes and attested copies of required certificates/ documents to “Office of the District Judge, Nabarangpur, Odisha” by Registered/ Speed post/ in person so as to reach the concerned authority on or before 10 July 2014.
On the application and on the top of the envelope carrying the application, candidates should mention in bold letters ‘the category of the post’.
