Eligibility Criteria for COO, MD and Other Posts

Educational/Technical Qualification & Experience:

Chief Operating Officer : candidate should be an Engineering Graduate preferably  in Chemical  Engineering  with minimum 25 years of hands  on  experience of mega size petrochemical company   including experience in senior managerial position.

Head Polymer: candidate should be an Engineering Graduate preferably in Chemical/Polymer Engineering with minimum 20  years of  hands on experience of large size Polymer operations. Experience in similar technology will be an added advantage.

Head HR : : candidate should Post Graduate or first class MBA with specialization in HR with  minimum  20 years of hands on  experience in concerned field.  

Managing Director: candidate should be a Graduate in Engineering/ Science/ Commerce/ Business  Administration from a recognized University /Institution with a good academic record. Candidate should have 20 years of experience, of which not less than 10 years in  a  senior  position  in  Private  sector/  PSU/  Government related  to  Business of a large Petrochemical  Plant.
