Number of seats: 1 post
Pay Scale: Pay Band of Rs. 9300 - 34800 with Grade Pay of Rs. 4200 per month
Age limit: (as on 1 January 2014)
Minimum: 18 years
Maximum: 35 years
Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline with Degree in Library Science and PGDCA with at least two years relevant work experience.
2. Name of the Post: Technical Assistant
Number of seats: 4 posts
Pay Scale: Pay Band of Rs. 5200 - 20200 with Grade Pay of Rs. 2000 per month
Age limit: (as on 1 January 2014)
Minimum: 18 years
Maximum: 35 years
Qualifications: Intermediate with Diploma Certificate Course in Library Science and PGDCA
[Note: Upper age limit is relax-able up to 5 years for SC / ST category candidates]
Selection Procedure: Mode of Selection will be determined by the selection committee/ Authority after preliminary scrutiny of the online applications submitted by the eligible candidates and the same will be intimated to the short listed candidates later on.
Candidates may be called for interview or vivo voce test.
Candidates called for interview or vivo voce test will be required to submit their original certificates for document verification process.
The Selection Committee will short list candidates for recruitment process on the basis of their educational qualification including the knowledge in Computer Operation, Technical qualification and experience.
Examination fees: Non-refundable examination fee of Rs. l00 is to be paid in the shape of Treasury Challan under the Head ‘0070-Other Administrative Service – 01 – Administration of Justice – 501 – Services and Services Fees – 9903220 – Home department – 9915770 - Examination Fees.’
SC / ST category candidates are exempted from payment of Examination fees.
