Orissa Maritime Academy Notified for Admission to 37th Batch (Ships’ crew) 2014

Orissa Maritime Academy invited application from eligible candidates for admission into Pre-sea General Purpose Rating course (Ships’ crew). Interested candidates can send their completely filled application in the mentioned format before 30 April 2014.

Important Dates

• Start Date of Registration: 19 April 2014
• Last Date of Registration: 30 April 2014

Eligibility

• Minimum Qualification: Qualified 10 + 2 standard in Science Stream with 40% aggregate/ ITI-2 year engineering trades from govt. approved institute
• Age Limit: Between 17 1/2   yrs to 25 yrs as on 1 July  2014
• Medical Fitness: Physically fit. Vision 6/6 with normal colour vision no speech impairment (disorder)

Duration: 6 months (residential) July – December  2014

Course fees: Rs. 55, 000/- (for Odiya) Rs.70, 000/- (for Non-odiya) students

Down load Application form and Prospectus from web site, http://orissamaritime.com/ and submit filled application form with necessary documents in the prescribed form along with a DD of Rs.500/- (Five hundred)   drawn in favour of “Orissa Maritime Academy” payable at Paradip and send it before 30 April 2014.
