Educational Qualification:
- Deputy Manager (HR): Post Graduate Degree/Post Graduate Diploma of two years duration in Public Relations/ Mass Communication/ Journalism from recognized Indian University/ Institute
OR Post Graduate Diploma Course in Journalism (Radio & TV Journalism? Advertising & Public Relations/ English Journalism) from Indian Institute of Mass Communication under Ministry of l&B, Govt of India (Minimum 6o% marks in both Graduation and Post Graduate Degree/Diploma) - Deputy Manager: BE/ BTech and MBA/ PGP/ PGDM/PGDBM/ PGDBA with specialization in Finance/ Power.
- Assistant Manager (Finance): Graduation with minimum 60% marks & CA/ICWA or BCom & MBA/ PGP/ PGDM/PGDBM/ PGDBA with specialization in Finance
- Assistant Manager (Technical): BE/ BTech and MBA/ PGP/ PGDM/PGDBM/ PGDBA with specialization in Finance/ Power
- Assistant Manager: BTech/ BE (Electrical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation & Control/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Telecommunication/ Mechanical/ Manufacturing/ Industrial/ Production/ Power/ Energy or any combination of these specializations with minimum 60% marks or MSW or MBA (HR)/ MHROD/ PGDHRM or PGP/ PGDM/ PGDBM/ PGDBA with specialization in HR
- Officer (MS): BE/ BTech (CS/IT) or MCA and MTech /MBA/ PGP/ PGDM/PGDBM/ PGDBA with specialization in Security/ Network Security
