Eligibility Criteria for Social Worker and other Posts
Educational/Technical Qualification & Experience:
Social Workers: candidate should have completed MSW with minimum 03 years of experience in Criminal justice system or other related fields.
Project Coordinators: candidate should have completed MSW with minimum 05 years of experience in Criminal justice system, Project Coordination or Management or other related fields.
Project Director: candidate should have completed PhD/M.Phil in social work or social sciences with 05 years experience in leadership.
Monitoring and Evaluation Officer: candidate should have Master’s Degree in Economics/Statistics/Population Studies/Development Studies with 03 years relevant experience.
Finance Officer: candidate should have a Master’s Degree in Accounting/Finance with minimum 03 years experience in concerned field.

Candidates will be selected on the basis of academic qualification and experience.
