Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Candidates should have a Graduation degree in any discipline, from a recognized University
- Degree/ Diploma in Teaching from a recognized University/ Institute
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in any school
- Good command over Hindi Language (Dev Nagari Script)
- Good knowledge of Rajasthani Culture
Age Limit (as on 1 July 2012): Between 24 years and 35 years
Pay Scale: Rs 9,300 - 34,800; Grade Pay: Rs 4800
Selection Procedure: The candidates have been selected on the basis of written examination.
Scheme of examination and syllabus for the post of Headmaster Secondary School
- The examination shall carry 600 marks.
- There will be two papers. Both the Papers shall be of 300 marks each. Duration of both the Papers shall be Three hours each.
- All questions in both the Papers shall be Multiple Choice Type questions.
- Negative marking shall be applicable in the evaluation of answers. For every wrong answer one-third of the marks prescribed for that particular question shall be deducted. Explanation:- Wrong answer shall mean an incorrect answer or multiple answers.

Application Fee: Application fee for General category students is Rs 250, fee for OBC category (non creamy layer) students in Rs 150, and fee for SC/ ST candidates is Rs 50.
