Eligibility Criteria for General Manager, Executive Director and Other Posts
Educational/Technical Qualification & Experience:
Executive Director (Operations/Projects): Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Computer Science Branch, with good academic record form a recognized University with 5 years of experience out of which minimum 5 years at a senior level.
General Manager: Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Computer Science Branch, with good academic record (minimum 60%) form a recognized University / Institution. He should have minimum 20 years of experience out which minimum 5 years at a Senior Level.
Dy. Manager (Personal & Industrial Relation): MBA in Human Resources (Two year full time course)with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University/Institution.
